Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of experience working with children.
• Must possess or be able to obtain Level One IVP Fingerprint Clearance Card.
• Ability to work in a timely and efficient manner.
• Relates positively and professionally to students, staff, and the public.

Responsibilities

• Supervise students during lunch periods and ensure proper behavior.
• Check students' names off of assigned lunch rosters.
• Assist younger students with opening food and drink containers.
• Monitor students to maintain a safe and orderly lunch environment.
• Wipe and clean tables throughout lunch periods.
• Sweep and mop the multipurpose room as needed.
• Collect and dispose of waste to maintain cleanliness.
• Assist staff with student supervision and lunch-related routines.
• Lift and/or move items up to 50 pounds as needed.
• Follow school policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.
