• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required.
• 1–2 years of financial aid experience preferred.
• Expert level computer skills with Banner experience emphasized.

Responsibilities

• Assist students with FAFSA completion and aid disbursement.
• Counsel students and families on eligibility and awarding processes.
• Communicate via in-person, email, and phone to guide students.
• Award financial aid and manage related correspondence.
• Ensure compliance with federal and state financial aid regulations.
