• First Aid & CPR certification or plan to obtain within six months
• Experience living in a residence hall and leadership in that setting preferred

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for diverse interactions

Mansioni

• Prepare weekly, monthly, and annual reports
• Communicate and enforce residence hall policies with residents
• Administer discipline with supervisor
• Liaise between residence halls and College administration
• Support quarterly and annual goal achievement
• Coordinate off-season use of residence halls
• Hire, train, evaluate, and support Resident Assistants
• Conduct regular staff meetings and college trainings
• Oversee opening/closing of residence halls and orientations
• Foster a positive living-learning environment for residents
