Job summary

California State University, Sacramento's Financial Aid and Scholarships Office seeks a Financial Aid Specialist (SSP IA) to assist students with aid and scholarship matters. Under supervision, you will respond to inquiries, process basic transactions, and help update website content and outreach messaging.

You will play a key role in delivering accurate information to diverse students, maintain confidentiality, and interpret federal/state rules while working in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of FERPA and handling of confidential student information.
• Strong customer service skills for diverse populations.
• Experience with digital communication and CMS updates.
• Ability to learn and use PeopleSoft, OnBase, CampusLogic.

Responsibilities
