Job summary

You will review emails, meet with students and supporters, and educate on financial aid options while maintaining essential office operations, records, and respectful customer service.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED.
• 48 months of financial aid, general office, clerical, or related experience.

Responsibilities

• Updates documents for use on websites and office e-files; participates in ongoing training.
• Reviews financial aid emails and responds to questions; educates students and supporters on options.
• Provides general office support including data maintenance, reception, and records activities.
• Performs other duties to ensure department operations and may include public speaking.
