Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree conferred on or before start date.
• 0–2 years’ experience in a comparable position.
• Customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized financial strategies and referrals to students at risk of attrition.
• Collaborate with Scholarships and Financial Aid staff to address immediate needs.
• Counsel students and families on missed financial aid opportunities and resources.
• Support recruitment and retention efforts and engage with campus offices.
