Qualifikationen

• Two years Finance, Regulatory, Higher Education experience or equivalent education and experience required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Knowledge of office procedures and equipment.
• Knowledge of computers and appropriate software.
• Ability to interact diplomatically with individuals at various levels.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality of information.

Aufgaben

• Provide students and families with clear information regarding the financial aid process and available resources.
• Review Financial Aid Policies related to enrollment, refunds, Satisfactory Academic Progress, and other aid altering occurrences.
• Advise on grants and scholarships from Federal, State, or third-party sources.
• Assist with resolving processing and verification requirements with Global Financial Services.
