Qualifications

• Experience advising students and families on financial aid programs, eligibility, and loans.
• Strong customer service and communication skills for diverse audiences.
• Ability to review and verify student data and determine need-based aid.

Responsibilities

• Provide advising and general customer service to prospective, newly admitted, and current students and parents regarding financial aid steps, eligibility, costs, types of aid, and loan activities.
• Assist in determining and evaluating student financial aid eligibility by verifying data and applying need analysis.
• Provide specialized processing and training support for assigned financial aid programs under program lead.
• Process and support administration of general financial aid programs, monitor continued eligibility, and revise awards as needed.
