Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, business administration, or related field; Master’s preferred.
• 1–3+ years in student accounts, financial aid, or related services in higher ed.
• Strong knowledge of federal/state financial aid regs and student accounts policies.
• Commitment to ongoing professional development through relevant organizations.

Responsibilities

• Administer, process, and assess federal/state/institutional aid for assigned caseload.
• Provide financial assistance and payment counseling to students and families.
• Ensure compliance with Title IV policies; participate in audits and reporting.
• Advise on payment plans, collections policies, and account reconciliations.
• Represent financial services at events; support outreach and programing.
