Job summary

The Refrigeration School, Inc. is seeking a Student Finance Representative in Phoenix to guide applicants through financial aid options and FAFSA processes.

You’ll help students understand eligibility, advise families, and ensure compliant aid awards while collaborating with Admissions. UVendors and regulations stay current; you’ll provide in-person, phone, and online support, contributing to each student’s success and graduation readiness.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in financial aid, customer service, or a related field.
• Strong communication, organization, and people skills.
• A positive attitude and a passion for student success.
