Job summary

The Refrigeration School in Phoenix, AZ is seeking a Student Finance Representative to guide students through financial aid options and start their skilled trades education. You will interview and advise on financial aid programs, walk applicants through FAFSA and eligibility, and ensure compliance with policies.

You'll provide friendly support in person, by phone, and online, staying up to date on regulations and collaborating with Admissions to support student success.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in financial aid, customer service, or a related field
• Strong communication, organization, and people skills
• A positive attitude and a passion for student success
• High School diploma or better; Associates in Finance preferred
