The Refrigeration School, Inc. in Phoenix, AZ is seeking a Student Finance Coordinator to help students and families navigate tuition planning and financial aid options.

You will guide applicants through FAFSA, MPN, and related forms while delivering clear, compassionate support both virtually and in person. Ideal candidates have 2+ years in financial aid or customer service, a detail-oriented mindset, and strong communication skills; bilingual in Spanish is a plus.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in financial aid, customer service, or banking.
• A helpful attitude, strong attention to detail, and love working with people.
• Bilingual in Spanish? That’s a huge plus.
• High School or better; Associates or better in Business Administration or related field.
