Desert Financial Credit Union seeks a Campus Financial Services Specialist at ASU Downtown to grow student membership and provide on-campus financial guidance. You will deliver in-person service, educate students on products, and foster trusted advisor relationships within the university community.

Responsibilities include onboarding, account optimization, presenting financial wellness topics, and meeting membership targets.

Competenze

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Undergraduate finance or business degree preferred.
• At least 1 year in customer service or sales experience.
• Notary Public and NMLS registration required.
• Strong presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to connect with students, faculty, staff and community.

Mansioni

• Provide in-person service to new and existing members at the on-campus branch.
• Grow membership and optimize accounts through consultative analysis of students' financial profiles.
• Develop relationships by understanding campus affiliation and recommending suitable products.
• Conduct onboarding outreach and financial education to maximize credit union membership.
• Meet targets for new memberships and account openings; track progress in CRM.
• Explain loan requirements and assess creditworthiness in line with partner agreements.
• Promote credit union products on campus and participate in events.
