Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Currently enrolled in an undergraduate degree program in Finance or Business is preferred.
• At least 1 year of experience in customer service or sales is required.
• 1 year of experience with a financial institution is preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to connect and build rapport with university populations is required.
• Strong presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills are required.
• Notary Public and NMLS registration are required.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional in-person service to new and existing members at the on-campus branch.
• Build and deepen member relationships through consultative analysis of financial profile and campus affiliation status.
• Conduct onboarding outreach for new accounts with financial education recommendations.
• Meet or exceed targets for new membership growth and account openings; track progress using CRM.
• Explain loan requirements and assess creditworthiness in line with university and credit union policies.
• Promote credit union products and services to students and staff on campus; participate in campus events.
• Perform daily branch tasks and assist with audits and compliance as needed.
