Job summary

Qualifications

• Current ASU student pursuing a related degree, willing to sign confidentiality agreement.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license and have good driving record.
• Ability to drive company vehicles and golf carts as required.

Responsibilities

• Provide reception duties and professional guest interactions at multiple campuses.
• Coordinate conference center reservations and assist with room setup.
• Perform daily mail duties, deliveries, and inter-campus transportation.
• Operate a multi-line phone system and provide clear information to callers.
• Support daily facilities operations and special projects as assigned.
