Arizona State University seeks a Student Account Representative in Tempe to perform financial accounting and customer service tasks related to student accounts. You will assist students with account status, process transactions, and use PeopleSoft, My ASU, and Microsoft Office for reconciliations.
Ideal candidates bring strong communication skills, experience in high-volume customer service, and familiarity with accounts receivable processes.
High School Diploma and three years (3) experience appropriate to the area of assignment/field; OR, Any equivalent combination of experience and/or training from which comparable knowledge, skills and abilities have been achieved.
ASU Student Business Services seeks a Student Account Representative. This position performs a variety of financial accounting related customer service activities within the Student Business Services department unit in order to provide courteous, prompt, and accurate financial accounting assistance to students regarding their ASU account status. Additional job duties as assigned.

Pay Rate: $20.41 per hour
ASU Student Business Services provides accounting functions in the areas of: Student Accounts, Cashiering Services, Collections, Tuition Assessment and Treasury Management.
Graduate Assistant, Intern and part‑time positions are counted as half time for experience equivalency, meaning one year equals six months of experience.
