This role collaborates with Lakeshore staff and community partners to resolve barriers to enrollment and ensure a positive student experience.

The position requires strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills, with opportunities to support events and campus

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; associate degree preferred.
• Two to three years of relevant occupational experience required.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary location contact, delivering superior customer service and information.
• Access databases and coordinate with functional areas to refer students as needed.
• Answer phones promptly and route calls appropriately.
• Schedule and check-in student appointments for Student Affairs.
• Support campus events with internal departments and external partners.
• Maintain office supplies and keep the Student Share area stocked.
• Develop relationships with partner organizations to achieve shared goals.
