• Provide logistical and event management support for alumni career and industry networks and student-alumni engagement programs.
• Develop and implement marketing graphics and plans for alumni engagement programs including event postings, email communications, social media, and outreach.
• Assist in creation and management of in-person and virtual events: build event pages, monitor registrations, share details with staff.
• Manage post-event needs including follow up emails and reconciling attendance.
• Maintain and update alumni records and databases to ensure accurate contact information and engagement data.
• Outreach to alumni to gather updated contact information.
• Other tasks as assigned.
