Responsibilities

• Send weekly emails to ensemble members about rehearsals, concerts and events.
• Communicate absences and conflicts with ensemble directors.
• Create paper and/or virtual concert programs.
• Assist in scanning, copying and distribution of music.
• Take attendance at the start of rehearsals.
• Other duties as assigned.
