Job summary

Qualifications

• Master’s degree with 2+ years of experience or a Bachelor’s degree with 4+ years of experience.
• Experience coordinating leadership and community engagement programs.
• Experience with data dashboards and reporting for student engagement outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning and execution of signature leadership and engagement programs.
• Partner with academic and cocurricular departments to capture service-learning and volunteer offerings.
• Provide leadership, guidance, and supervision to staff.
• Support recertification efforts for Carnegie Elective for Community Engagement.
• Deliver coaching, training, and outreach presentations campus-wide.
• Manage dashboards and reporting on student engagement and program outcomes.
