Qualifications

• Strong oral and written English communication required.
• Office environment experience is a plus but not required.
• Experience in event planning, hospitality, marketing, and/or public relations is a plus, but not required.
• Eligible to become Saint Leo University Van and Golf Cart Certified.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day operations and special projects for the Department of Student Engagement & Leadership.
• Greet students, families, faculty, staff, and community members with excellent customer service.
• Represent Saint Leo University and the department positively in all interactions.
• Assist with comprehensive event management including planning, setup, execution, and tear-down.
• Manage and update the Lounge Platform to promote engagement and track participation.
• Handle email management tasks including correspondence and scheduling.
• Create and manage social media content across platforms to promote department initiatives.
• Develop marketing materials using design software and branding guidelines.
• Serve as liaison between students and department staff and assist with inquiries.
• Attend and assist with events during evenings and weekends as assigned.
