Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum two years' experience in higher education or K-12.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to recruit, train, and supervise student interns and leaders.
• Ability to develop and deliver civic engagement programming.

Responsibilities

• Develops and implements high-impact civic engagement learning experiences for the Bonner Scholars Program (BSP) and the Bonner Center for Civic Engagement (CCE).
• Designs, develops, and delivers needed resources and opportunities that facilitate onboarding, engagement, and reflection for students from diverse backgrounds.
• Provides input into off-campus relationship development and sustainability for campus-community needs.
• Represents the CCE and Student Engagement Team on committees to uphold a community-engaged perspective.
