Responsibilities

• Directly implements the departmental student employment HR program.
• Recruitment of student employees and scheduling of hiring team.
• Manage onboarding materials and centralized onboarding training.
• Oversee bi-weekly payroll and time-keeping approval for student staff.
• Maintain HR reporting and student employee database.
• Coordinate annual student performance appraisals and payroll adjustments.
• Lead HR aspects of professional staff searches and payroll agreements.
