Job summary

University of Central Missouri (UCM) is seeking a Union Bowling Center Attendant under the direction of the Bowling Manager. You will serve as a customer service representative for the Union Bowling Center in support of the Elliott Student Union’s missions.

Responsibilities include opening/closing the center, handling cash, assigning lanes, and maintaining cleanliness while coordinating with other sectors and attending training meetings. Part-time role with weekends required.

Qualifications

• Must be currently enrolled at the University of Central Missouri.
• GPA of 2.5 or higher.
• Basic computer and cash handling skills.
• Ability to troubleshoot and provide sound customer service.
• Positive attitude and approachable demeanor.

• Balance cash at start and end of shifts.

Duties Include

• Opens and closes the Union Bowling Center as determined by hours of operation.
• Conducts cash and credit transactions.
• Balances cash at the beginning and end of shifts.
• Assigns lanes and related equipment to customers.
• Maintains cleanliness of work area and equipment.
• Provides an excellent customer experience.
• Completes all daily operational paperwork and record-keeping.
• Coordinates with other Elliott Student Union sectors to ensure cohesive quality service.
• Attends all staff and training meetings.
• Other duties as assigned.

Education

• Must be currently enrolled at the University of Central Missouri
• 2.5 GPA

Experience

• Basic computer and cash handling skills

Working Hours and Days
