Minimum Qualifications:
High School Diploma OR GED PLUS Completed one year of Diagnostic Medical Sonography (DMS) program and be in good standing.

Responsibilities:
Perform quality ultrasound imaging, including Abdomen, Abdomen Doppler, Elastography, Renal, Pelvic (transabdominal and transvaginal), Neonatal (head, abdomen, and spine), 1st, 2nd, and 3rd Trimester in-house ob, Scrotal, and Thyroid ultrasounds.
Assist in procedures including biopsies, sonohysterograms, and Lumason enhancement studies.
Obtains, reviews, and integrates pertinent patient history and supporting clinical data to facilitate optimal diagnostic results.
Explains procedures while being compassionate towards patients
Performs advanced tests with portable equipment in patients’ rooms when necessary.
Maintains sonographic and other equipment in efficient operating order; assists with preventative maintenance on a regularly scheduled basis
Participates in various teaching and/or learning opportunities to further his/her knowledge and assist in expanding the knowledge of others.
Performs additional manager or supervisor-assigned duties.
Other duties may be assigned to this position.
