University of Central Missouri (UCM) is seeking a front desk receptionist to support a busy academic and clinical area. You will welcome clients, help with onboarding into EMR, manage payments and invoices, and handle routine clerical duties.

The role involves pulling clinician requests, scanning and copying documents, answering phones, and keeping the lobby and treatment spaces clean and disinfected throughout the day. Strong attention to detail and reliable teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks with deadlines.
• Strong communication skills (oral, written, nonverbal).
• Professionalism, confidentiality and basic clerical skills.

Responsabilités

• Greet and check in clinic clients at front desk.
• Answer phones, onboard clients into EMR, process invoices and payments.
• Pull materials requested by clinicians and copy/scan documents.
• Maintain lobby and treatment rooms, disinfect as required.

Provides clinic, student & faculty support at the front desk of a busy academic and clinical area. General office duties, clinic materials management, appointment & client onboarding and management.

Duties Include:

• Pulling materials requested by clinicians.
• Making scans and copies of documents for clinic and academic courses (faculty & student clinicians).
• Answering phones, onboarding clients into the EMR, processing invoices & payments and responding to new client requests.
• Checking clients in at the front desk when they arrive for appointments.
• Keeping the lobby & treatment rooms tidy, and wiping down with disinfectant regularly throughout the day.

Education:

• High School diploma or equivalent

Experience:

• Attention to detail, ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and meet deadlines.
• Self motivated, doesn't require repeated reminders or cues
• Communication skills: oral, written and/or nonverbal,
• Human relations/Interpersonal skills,
• Leadership skills: organization/meeting facilitation/project leadership,
  
• Physical Abilities: mobility/strength/dexterity/balance/coordination/endurance
  
• Maintain confidentiality

Working Hours and Days

• Must be available T/R afternoons
