Job summary

Chartwells Higher Education is seeking a Director of Operations to oversee Campus Dining at the University of Chicago. This leadership role focuses on strategic account management, financial stewardship, and service excellence across multiple units.

The selected candidate will develop policies, monitor budgets, evaluate performance, and mentor a team to sustain client satisfaction and account retention in a fast-paced, P&L driven environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years’ experience in multi-unit foodservice management.
• Experience with multi-unit foodservice management.
• Strong track record of driving customer satisfaction.
• Proven ability to work effectively in an unstructured, fast-paced and P&L driven environment.
