Chartwells Higher Education, a member of Compass Group USA, is hiring a STUDENT DINING OPERATIONS DIRECTOR for the University of Chicago. The role oversees campus dining operations with emphasis on strategic policy implementation and client satisfaction.

Responsibilities include monitoring budgets, ensuring contract compliance, evaluating performance, and developing management staff. Candidates should have a proven record in multi-unit foodservice, strong communication, analytics, and leadership

Job Summary
