Responsibilities

• Assisting cooks and other kitchen personnel in such tasks as cleaning and paring vegetables, washing dishes, serving from a serving line, cleaning tables, and sweeping floors. Responsible for neatness, cleanliness in preparing, handling and serving food, and serving patrons in a pleasant and courteous manner. Care and use of food service equipment including meat slicer, mixing machine, steam cookers and beverage machines. (40%)
• Receives cash or meal ticket receipts in payment of bills, purchases, admission to events or other services. (40%)
• Performs other duties as assigned by management including related duties incidental to the work described herein. (20%)
