Qualifications

• Master's degree in student affairs, counseling or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Engages in individual developmental and/or educational conversations with students and refers to resources as needed.
• Supports the Critical Incident Response Team (CIRT) with follow-up services for students.
• Documents student interactions and assesses needs; coordinates programs and provides training to campus stakeholders.
• Serves on Department/Division/University committees and performs other duties as assigned.
