Job summary

Qualifications

Undergraduate degree required, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Master's degree in a related field.
Four or more years of directly related experience.
A minimum of two years of experience in the area of specialty.
Experience with Ellucian Banner SIS.

Responsibilities

Oversee and ensure that specific administrative functions of the organizational unit are effectively carried out.
Attend to various administrative details such as departmental/division activities, communicating information, developing, implementing, and interpreting policies and procedures.
Monitor day-to-day operations of the functional area to which assigned.
Screen inquiries from internal and external customers requiring judgment and interpretation of policies, rules, procedures, and regulations, maintaining FERPA compliance.
Produce Cognos reports to support reporting needs and identify changes in report parameters as needed.
Support updates to Banner SIS and related data maintenance standards.
