Job summary

NEBAT is a family-owned bank serving Southeast Wisconsin since 1933. As a Student Customer Service Representative, you’ll be the friendly face customers rely on, help with everyday banking transactions, and learn how products and services meet customer goals while building your professional skills.

This is an on-site role with occasional part-time hours during the school year and full-time summer hours; you’ll work with teammates to ensure branches run smoothly and provide courteous, accurate

As a Student Customer Service Representative, you’ll be the friendly face customers rely on every day. You’ll help people with their money, make sure transactions are accurate, and recommend services that can help them meet their goals. It’s a great way to learn about banking, customer service, and teamwork while building your professional skills.

*The typical schedule will be o ccasional part-time (10-20 hours/week) during the school year & part-time (30-40 hours/week) during the Summer.

What You’ll Do:

• Help customers understand their financial options
