Belmont University invites applications for the Begin Anew - Children’s Program Assistant, a student employee position at one of two Belmont campuses (Woodbine or Madison). You will support Bible study, homework help, and crafts for children from infant through 5th grade under the supervision of the Children’s Program Coordinator.

This off-campus position requires Federal Work Study eligibility and reliable transportation.

Qualifications

• Off-campus position.
• Federal Work Study eligibility and reliable transportation required.
• Must be enrolled as a Belmont University student.
• Experience with children, preferably in a church or Christian environment.
• Willingness to assist with math, literacy, reading and other subjects.

Responsibilities

• Assist in Bible study, homework help, and crafts or playtime for infant–5th grade.
• AID elementary-aged children with homework and provide tutoring in math and literacy.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
