EnCircle in Roanoke, VA, seeks a Principal to oversee daily school operations, instructional programs, and community relations. The role requires strong leadership and licensure compatibility to advance student achievement.

The position offers a competitive salary, a $5,000 sign-on bonus, and comprehensive benefits including health coverage and a 401(k) plan, with a schedule Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:00 PM.

Qualifications

• Graduate degree from accredited college or university.
• Postgraduate Professional License with endorsements in Special Education and/or Administration/Supervision K-12.
• Knowledge of general and special education principles, practices and procedures.

Responsabilités

• Oversee day-to-day operation of the school, including organization and supervision of instructional programs.
• Manage human, material, and financial resources to support student learning and legal compliance.
• Plan and assess instructional programs aligned to standards and IEP goals.
• Support staff development and ensure regulatory and licensure requirements are maintained.
• Maintain communications with faculty, parents, and community partners.
