Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and at least one year of relevant library/academic experience.
• Proficiency in archival processing and information management.
• Knowledge of intellectual property law as it pertains to libraries.
• Experience with integrated library systems is a plus.
• Strong teamwork, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide reference and circulation services to patrons.
• Manage interlibrary loan requests.
• Catalog archival materials and track online usage stats.
• Collaborate on archives management and preservation.
• Assist with library orientations and student support.
• Maintain stacks and support ILS maintenance.
