Qualifications

• Must be currently enrolled as a full-time Hocking College student.
• Must meet federal SAP requirements.
• Maintain a minimum GPA of 2.0.
• Exhibit a positive, professional attitude and willingness to learn.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work evenings and weekends.
• Strong teamwork and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Front Desk: Welcome guests, provide information about events and resources, assist with event setup/teardown, keep common areas clean and inviting, foster a welcoming atmosphere, and assist with basic maintenance.
• Climbing Wall: Safely operate climbing equipment, belay climbers, oversee rental equipment, maintain the climbing area and routes.
