Job summary

The role emphasizes collaboration with faculty and campus partners to integrate career readiness into coursework, deliver workshops, and support student success initiatives across multiple colleges.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution of higher education.
• Two years of relevant professional experience, including career advising or student support services.
• Current, valid, and unrestricted driver's license.
• Additional preferred qualifications for program development and campus partnerships.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary career services liaison for assigned colleges or academic units, providing career readiness guidance and advising to students, faculty, employers, and alumni.
• Delivers individual and group career coaching on career exploration, internship opportunities, job search strategies, resume and cover letter development, interview preparation, and salary negotiation.
• Advises students on internships, co-op placements, fellowships, service-learning and other experiential learning opportunities.
• Creates programmatic offerings and workshops to align career goals with academic majors.
