Kennesaw State University seeks a motivated professional to support academic recruitment initiatives and advisement for graduate programs. The role collaborates with the Graduate College and campus partners to expand prospect pools and execute outreach campaigns.

Responsibilities include advising students on curriculum, managing records, and assisting with orientation and materials development. Based at the KSU campuses in Marietta or Kennesaw, with a focus on student success and program

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution with focus in a related field.
• Two years of related experience in higher education or recruitment.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; customer service oriented.

Responsibilities

• Supports admission, administrative, and recruitment efforts for the assigned college/graduate programs.
• Participates in recruitment fairs and information sessions for assigned programs.
• Assists with the organization and facilitation of new student orientation.
• Assists the faculty program coordinator with campus collaborative efforts.
• Assists with the development and procurement of recruitment and instructional materials.
• Provides guidance, counseling, and advisement to students regarding curriculum requirements and planning.
• Provides administrative support to students including registration, overrides, and prerequisites.
• Maintains accurate and comprehensive student records.
• Assists program leaders on student success initiatives.
• May assist with development or maintenance of program website and social media.
