Responsibilities

• Meet individually with students to determine skill level and educational/training needs.
• Guide participants through an individualized career plan.
• Assist with resume and cover letter development; aid in job application and interview processes.
• Interface with employers and gather feedback to support employment outcomes.
• Input and maintain student information in the data management system.
• Promote the school in the community by attending meetings or events and building relationships.
• Recruit potential new students; participate in outreach and events.
