Job summary

Roberts Hawaii in Honolulu, HI is seeking an on-site supervisor to oversee student transportation with a focus on safety and service excellence. Qualifications

• Minimum of 18 years old.
• Valid government issued photo identification (State ID, Driver's License, Passport, Military ID).
• Must read, write, speak and understand English.
• CPR and First Aid certification required.
• TB clearance and background check as part of hiring.
• TB test results updated as required (2-year skin test, yearly chest x-ray).
• Must be able to work a flexible split shift.

Responsibilities

• Transport students to and from destinations safely.
• Know routes for pick-up and drop-off and provide directions as needed.
• Load and secure wheelchairs as instructed.
• Ensure students are buckled in and safe during transport.
• Complete daily timesheets and incident forms when needed.
• Maintain vehicle cleanliness and conduct regular inspections.
• Coordinate with home and school regarding absences or changes.
• Assist driver in identifying and addressing dangerous conditions.
