Job summary

Roberts Hawaii, Inc. is seeking a School Bus SPED Driver to safely transport students from pickup sites to schools, ensuring timely service and vehicle reliability.

Starting at $25/hour plus a $500 sign-on bonus, the role requires a valid Hawaii driver’s license, DOT physical, and First Aid/CPR certification; flexible day/evening shifts and weekends may be required. Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED or 1–3 months related experience.
• Minimum age to drive – 21.
• Valid Hawaii driver’s license with clean History/Criminal Abstract.
• DOT physical required.
• Ability to read safety rules and manuals.
• Ability to upgrade to CDL.
• First Aid/CPR certified.
• Able to work flexible shifts; 24/7 availability.

Responsibilities

• Transport students safely from pickup sites to schools.
• Pre-trip and post-trip vehicle checks.
• Maintain vehicle cleanliness and perform upkeep tasks.
• Set up routes and pickup times with parents.
• Provide exceptional customer service to schools and community.
• Attend trainings in uniform.
