Job summary

Roberts Hawaii, Inc. is hiring a Bus Driver to provide safe, prompt transportation to customers across Hawaii. You will operate buses in accordance with DOT regulations, greet passengers with Aloha, perform pre-trip inspections, and maintain accurate logs and schedules.

The role requires good English, a valid driver's license (CDL not required), and the ability to work in a dynamic team. We offer competitive pay starting at $19 per hour with a $500 sign-on bonus and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Minimum age to drive is 21 or older and valid documentation per DOT is required.
• Ability to read, speak and understand English at a working level.
• Knowledge of local streets, landmarks and hotel locations.
• Documentation including DOT documents must be current and valid.
• Clean driving record and ability to operate a vehicle safely.

Responsibilities

• Operate bus/vehicle safely in accordance with DOT regulations.
• Greet customers with Aloha and provide courteous customer service.
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections and complete reports.
• Fuel, maintain cleanliness, and report problems to maintenance.
• Load luggage, assist passengers with special needs, and manage passenger counts.
