Job summary

You will develop programs, cultivate community partnerships, supervise student employees, and coordinate transportation, food recovery, and outreach efforts to support student belonging and success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Student Affairs, Nonprofit Leadership, Sociology, Public Health, or related field.
• At least 1 year of experience in higher education, student affairs, or nonprofit settings.
• Experience coordinating programs, events, and outreach, and supervising student staff or volunteers.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate operations for Iggy’s Market and basic needs hub.
• Develop and implement outreach strategies and partnerships.
• Supervise student employees and volunteers; manage scheduling and training.
• Coordinate community service and transportation logistics.
• Monitor program data, prepare reports, and assist budgeting/purchasing.
• Develop promotional materials and communications for programs.
