• Provide comprehensive academic advising and support to 450+ student-athletes in 21 varsity sports
• Coordinate new student-athlete orientations and oversee the SARC Academic Support program
• Assist with admissions, eligibility, academic development, and staff supervision in alignment with NCAA/ campus policies
