Qualifications

• Willing to work in person at Lake Travis (Austin), TX campus.
• Work a minimum of 15 hours per week, with flexible schedule during school hours (Mon–Fri, 8:00 AM–4:00 PM).
• Professional or volunteer experience coaching kids (athletics, debate, camp counseling, or similar).
• Experience working with children ages 5–14 in structured settings (school, camp, childcare, tutoring, or coaching).
• Legal right to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Supervising student‑athlete transitions between the academic block, training sessions, and workshops (roughly 30% of your time).
• Preparing session materials before each block by gathering academic supplies, workshop materials, and training equipment, organizing them per the plan, and confirming setup matches the Coach's instructions before the session begins.
• Facilitating student‑athlete engagement during the two‑hour academic block and afternoon training (roughly 40% of your time) by monitoring participation, identifying disengagement early, and redirecting students using TSA‑approved techniques without interrupting instruction.
