Job summary

Marist University invites applications for an Assistant Director of Student-Athlete Enhancement. The Center for Student-Athlete Enhancement provides academic advising, academic support, student-athlete development, and study assistance. This position would provide academic support and student-athlete development.

The role collaborates with coaches to monitor graduation and NCAA eligibility, delivering development programs in personal growth, career readiness, and leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field is required.
• One to three years experience in student-athlete support.
• Must have knowledge of NCAA rules and proficiency with computer technologies.
• Valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Monitor progress toward graduation and NCAA eligibility with academic support.
• Regularly communicate with coaches regarding student progress and needs.
• Provide student-athlete development programming in personal growth, character, and leadership.
• Participate in on-campus recruiting activities by sharing available support services.
• Coordinate nominations for academic awards and honors.
• Perform other job-related duties as required.
