Job summary

Marist University invites applications for an Assistant Director of Student-Athlete Enhancement. The Center supports over 600 students with academic advising, tutoring, life-skills development, and study facilities.

The role provides academic support and student-athlete development, including one-on-one meetings, group sessions, and career readiness activities, collaborating closely with coaches and campus partners. This is a full-time exempt position based at Marist College Main Campus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 1–3 years in student-athlete support; valid driver's license.
• Knowledge of NCAA rules and proficiency with various computer technologies.
• Able to work effectively as a team member.

Responsibilities

• Monitor graduation progress and NCAA eligibility through academic support services.
• Communicate regularly with coaches regarding student progress and needs.
• Provide student-athlete development programming in personal enhancement, leadership, and career readiness.
• Participate in on-campus recruiting activities by sharing information on support services.
• Coordinate nominations for academic awards and honors.
• Perform other related duties as required.
