Job summary

Texas Sports Academy is hiring two Academic Guides to support our student-athletes through their school day. You will sit with a small group of students, keep them focused, and help them move through learning at pace, while building study habits and time-management skills.

Based at our Carrollton, TX campus full-time, you will provide direct feedback, track progress, and maintain a warm, high-standard learning environment alongside our team.

Qualifications

• Two to four years working with students academically.
• Ability to guide students, hold focus, and keep them moving through learning.
• Clear and steady communicator with students, parents, and staff.
• Reliable and organized with consistent follow-through.
• Patient and able to adjust pace to student needs.

Responsibilities

• Guide students through their academic day, keeping them focused and on task.
• Help students navigate the learning platform and build study habits.
• Provide direct feedback and praise when earned.
• Track progress and flag concerns early with clear notes.
• Communicate updates to the team for transparency.
• Create a serious, warm learning environment.
