Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey, is seeking a Student Assistant for the department of Medicine at the Robert Wood Johnson Medical School.
Under the direction of the Principal Investigator, the Student Assistant will assist with a variety of activities including the collection, management, compilation, documentation, and analysis of clinical and translational research related to diabetes and other metabolic disorders. The Student Assistant will facilitate clinical research visits for enrolled research subjects in the Clinical Research Center (CRC) at Robert Wood Johnson Medical School (RWJMS). Under the Principal Investigator's (PI) direction, the Student Assistant will conduct and support aspects of the research projects by planning, monitoring, and controlling the process involved. The Student Assistant will also perform a variety of tasks, including laboratory benchwork, laboratory maintenance, data analysis, and monitoring and summarizing protocol progress.
