The Student Assistant supports administrative, third-party system, and patient care operations through routine and clearly defined tasks. This position is responsible for processing system user access requests, handling user name changes, performing third-party system maintenance activities, conducting user audits, managing user terminations, and assisting with small projects as needed. The role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, excellent customer service, and the ability to manage tasks with established service level agreements (SLAs). The Student Assistant represents the department and The Ohio State University with professionalism and integrity while supporting OSU's mission and shared values. This position offers a flexible schedule of 15 to 20 hours per week, allowing students to submit their weekly availability to accommodate academic commitments and business needs.
Must be a current college student. Candidates should possess strong organizational, time management, and customer service skills, demonstrate attention to detail, and be able to work independently while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
